Richard McConomy Conflict Resolution Centre/Centre de Résolution de Conflits

Coaching services for the self represented litigants

Today there is a vast number of family law cases in North America, (almost 50% of cases), where at least one of the parties is self-represented. If you are thinking about representing yourself in a case, it is important to understand the decorum and the rules that apply in a courtroom. Me Richard McConomy, with his experience pleading in front of the Courts, can help.

Why this is important

Coaching non represented litigants is important because:

  1. Being poorly prepared to go to court can mean losing your case;
  2. Not depositing or bringing the correct documentation can mean delays, or losing your case;
  3. Not understanding the rules and decorum of the Court system can make it harder to be understood.

How it works

Anyone wanting to represent themselves in Court can call our office and make an appointment with Me Richard McConomy to get advise on how to proceed with their case.
