How it works

Both parties must agree to resolve their conflict through collaborative law. The parties can then choose a collaborative law specialist (A list of Collaborative Law lawyers is available at www.droitcollaboratifquebec.ca). A meeting is set up whereby all parties and their lawyers get together to find a solution.
